Le Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep Rat Wora Wihan (thaï : วัดพระธาตุดอยสุเทพราชวรวิหาร), appelé plus simplement Wat Prathat Doi Suthep est un temple (wat) bouddhiste de la province de Chiang Mai, en Thaïlande.
Il est désigné souvent sous le nom de Doi Suthep bien que Suthep soit en réalité le nom de la montagne sur laquelle il se trouve, doi signifiant montagne en thaï local.
Situé à treize kilomètres au nord de la ville de Chiang Mai, il est un site sacré pour les bouddhistes thaïlandais.
Depuis le temple, il y a une vue impressionnante sur la ville de Chiang Mai, et le Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep demeure toujours une destination très populaire auprès des visiteurs étrangers.

Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep Rat Wora Wihan (Thai:วัดพระธาตุดอยสุเทพราชวรวิหาร), more simply known as Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, is a Buddhist temple (wat) in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.
It is often referred to as Doi Suthep although Suthep is actually the name of the mountain it sits on, doi meaning mountain in local Thai.
Located thirteen kilometers north of the city of Chiang Mai, it is a sacred site for Thai Buddhists.
From the temple, there is an impressive view of the city of Chiang Mai, and Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep still remains a very popular destination for foreign visitors.
To get there :
- By scooter from Chiang Mai. Possibility to rent a scooter directly from Jin.
- With a red songthaew (mini-bus or collective taxi) from the city center.
- Entry 50 baht (£1.23)

Au bout de la route un parking.
A partir de ce point une petite balade d’un peu moins de 2 Km est possible. Pas de grandes difficultés. Le chemin agréable permet d’arriver à une petite cascade.

At the end of the road a parking lot.
From this point a short walk of just under 2 km is possible. No great difficulties. The pleasant path leads to a small waterfall.

Para aquellos que van a Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep en scooter, después del zoológico, cuando la carretera serpentea, tome un camino a la derecha.
Al final de la calle un estacionamiento.
Desde este punto es posible una pequeña caminata de poco menos de 2 km. Sin grandes dificultades. El agradable camino conduce a una pequeña cascada.

La plupart des bâtiments datent du XVe siècle. Le grand chedî abrite même un cheveu de l’Éveillé !

วัดที่สวยงามที่สุดแห่งหนึ่งในประเทศไทย
วัดลำปางอยู่ห่างจากเมืองชื่อเดียวกัน 20 กม.
อาคารส่วนใหญ่มีอายุตั้งแต่ศตวรรษที่ 15 เจดีย์ขนาดใหญ่ยังมีเกศาของผู้ตื่นอยู่!

A environ 25 Km de Chiang Mai, Bua Thong Waterfall est un ensemble de cascades d’un petit ruisseau. En ruisselant l’eau à déposé au fil du temps du calcaire sur les roches pour les envelopper d’un blanc cotonneux.
Des cordes permettent de remonter à contre courant ces cascades. On peut également se baigner dans l’eau assez chaude de ce ruisseau quand celui-ci forme des vasques.
L’entrée de ce site est gratuite.
About 25 km from Chiang Mai, Bua Thong Waterfall is a set of waterfalls in a small stream. By streaming the water has deposited over time limestone on the rocks to wrap them in a cottony white.

A unos 25 km de Chiang Mai, Bua Thong Waterfall es un conjunto de cascadas en un pequeño arroyo. Al fluir el agua ha depositado con el tiempo caliza sobre las rocas para envolverlas en un blanco algodonoso.
